I've included more variations of the cards shown online - including different color variations, magnetic stripe colors and sizes, stickers, etc. I've tried to include notes where it might not be clear what the differences are. For any casinos that have unique player number prefixes to identify locations - I do have additional cards not shown online with many of the various prefixes.
